Bosfarma currently has a team of 10 people. Bosfarma's drug store and head office is in the center of Kyrenia. The liaison offices consisting of home-offices in Nicosia and Famagusta are run by sales personnel living in these cities. Nicosia, Famagusta, Girne, Guzelyurt are serviced by sales/distribution staff in each of the  regions.

Bosfarma works with many manufacturers within the scope of authorized wholesaling/distribution agreements. In this way, the direct sales from the manufacturer reveal a significant advantage over other wholesalers in TRNC receiving products indirectly from the wholesalers abroad. Manufacturers with authorized wholesaler / distribution agreements with Bosfarma are: Accord Healthcare (UK), ITC (Italy), Merck-Serono, Sanofi-Pastor, Novo-Nordisk, Abdi İbrahim, Humanis, Assos, Centurion, Türk İlaç, Keymen, Partogen, Vetal Veterinary, Özsel Pharmaceutical Warehouses, İnci Pharmaceutical Warehouses, Çam Pharmaceutical Warehouses and Melis Pharmaceutical Warehouse.
